Having a hard time finding that good night’s rest you so need? If you’ve been tossing and turning through the night, try this: Banana Cinnamon tea!
Cut the ends off one (organic, if you can) banana. In a medium saucepan with water, add the banana, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes.
Take the banana out, and pour through a small strainer into a cup. Voila! Get ready for pleasant dreams!
